Hello everyone, hope you guys are doing well and also hope that you liked the recipe for Spicy Fish Fry in my last post so, continuing with the same trend I am posting here yet another lip smacking fish preparation Amritsri Fish do try it in your kitchen and pour for feedback and comments below, eagerly waiting..
Also one more thing, I got so much involved in the process of cooking that I forgot to click pictures in between but next time will do it for sure.
INGREDIENTS:-
Rawas Boneless: 300gms Oil: to deep fry Salt: to taste Red Chilly Paste: 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 1/2 Tbsp Lime Juice: 1/2 Lime Carom Seeds (ajwain): 1/4 Tsp | Vinegar: 1 Tsp Gram Flour/Besan: 2 Tbsp Plain Flour/Maida: 1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder: 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala: 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala: 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder: to taste |
METHOD:-
- Mix together salt, red chilly powder, lime juice & ginger garlic paste in a bowl to make marinade.
- Now apply this marinade on fish pieces covering all over, and keep in fridge for 30-40 mins.
- Make a thick paste by mixing all other ingredients except oil, use a little water if required.
- Coat this over marinated fish pieces and deep fry in hot oil.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
TIP:-
- Cut fish in smaller pieces.
