Chinese Chopsuey with Knorr Manchurian Sauce

You have to try it to believe that it’s the best Chopsuey ever!!! I have made  thing very, very simple for you guyzz and now don’t give e any excuses for not trying it out Pppplllease. That’s all I can or wish to say rest the dish will speak for itself. That’s a guarantee !!!

INGRDIENTS:-

Boiled Noodles (Click on the name for Perfect Boiled Noodles): 1 1/2 Cup
Veggies: 1 1/2 Cup Sliced
Knorr Chinese Manchurian: 1/2 Pack
Water: 1 1/4 Cup
Corn flour: 1 Tbsp
Oil: 1 Tbsp + to fry

SERVINGS:-

This quantity will serve 2-3 People.

METHOD:-

  • Sprinkle corn-flour over noodles, so that it’s coated nicely all over.
  • Deep fry the noodles in small batches, using a fork to separate.
  • Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a pan and add sliced veggies.
  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix 1 1/4 cup of water with Knorr Chinese Manchurian Powder to make a very thin paste.
  • Once the veggies are a little soft, add this mixture and bring it to a boil on high flame.
  • Simmer for 1-2 mins on slow flame and the sauce is ready.
  • To assemble: Place the fried noodles in a serving platter and pour the sauce over it.
  • Garnish it with thin strips of carrots & capsicum.
  • Serve immediately, so that the noodles don’t get soggy.
