First entry by Dr.Radhika to our on going contest, soft and moist Coffee Cake!!! Looks Yummy isn’t it??? I am very excited to post this and you guys also please do post lots of comments & likes to make this contest a success.
INGREDIENTS:
100 Gms Refined Flour | 2 Tbsp Water |
METHOD:
1. In a bowl, add butter and castor sugar and beat well until light and fluffy.
2. Now add eggs, one at a time and beat again.
3. Now add refined flour, 2tsp coffee powder mixed with 2 tsp water, baking powder and mix well.
4. Add this mixture into a greased baking tin, and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180*C for 30 - 35 minutes.
For Mocha Sauce:
Mix all ingredients, and heat until sugar dissolve. Pour this sauce in a bowl, and allow to cool.
For syrup:
In a pan, add 1 tbsp coffee powder mixed with 2 tbsp water , sugar and cook well. Now, transfer this to a bowl.
Now, pour the prepared syrup over the cake . Add whipped cream and serve with mocha sauce.
