Egg Muffins (Christmas Giveaway Contest)

Hello guyzz, after all those sweet encounters, now enters a savory Egg Muffins recipe to our ongoing event Christmas Giveaway Contest. This recipe is submitted by Madhurima, who is a renowned Home Chef from Kolkata and has been serving her customers the lip-smacking food and cakes since the year 2012. I being a great fan of eggs, just loved this recipe and feeling very delighted to post this for you guys.

INGREDIENTS:-

Spring Onion: 1 Chopped
Tomato: 1 Chopped
Onion: 1 Chopped
Grated Cheese: 1 cube (I used Amul)
Capsicum: ¼ Chopped

Paneer /Cottage cheese: 50 gms Chopped into cubes
Olive Oil: to Grease
Eggs: 6 Beaten with 2 tbsp milk, black pepper, salt to taste

Butter: Small Cube

METHOD:-

  • Preheat oven at 200C for 15 minutes.
  • Grease the muffin mould with oil.
  • Beat together a small cube of Butter, paneer, capsicum, grated cheese, onion, tomato, spring onion.
  • Pour beaten egg mixture the mould (not more than 1/3 of the mould).

  • Place muffin mould in the preheated oven, decrease the temperature to 180c and bake for 10-13 minutes or until muffins are light brown, puffy, and the eggs are set.
  • Let muffins cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin moulds or cups.
  • Loosen gently with a knife if they seem to be sticking.
  • Eat immediately or let cool completely and store in plastic bag in refrigerator or freezer.
  • The Egg Muffins can be reheated in the microwave.
