Cotton Soft Blueberry Muffins

Hope you guys enjoyed the Egg Pops (Click here for the recipe), so now it’s time for a small celebration. My daughter got a gift from the library today "a book and free pass to Kids Discovery Museum", though it was not a big event or any participation, still I thought to encourage her for this and made these cotton soft Blueberry Muffins for her. (I call these cotton soft as these will really melt in the mouth, so kids enjoy them a lot)

She told her Dad "Papa, I got this gift because I danced with my Teacher like this" and started singing her rhymes and dancing, Oh God these little sweet moments as so much fun!!! Just loved it :)

Banana & Cherry Muffins (Video Recipe)

by Neetu

Hellos guyzzz, so what are your plans for Raksha bandhan (Rakhi), I am so happy my parents came over for the festival and my irritating brother is also here. Being the  girl child of the family, I always get gifts on festivals (I just love these customs and traditions : P) and poor my brother, he has to give them every time (hehehehe) so we use to have big fights, he use to crib a lot “kya hai hur baar didi ko hi milta hai sub” : ) now he doesn’t though, as we have grown up, but I still miss those good old days a lot. : )

Ok, lets come back to the post now, I made Banana & Cherry Muffins today and they turned out to be super yum, soft, spongy and just “"Peeerfect” Like Madhuri Dixit says in Jhalak Dikhla Jaa : )

Bread Pudding with Rose Syrup

by Neetu

Hello friends, I made this dish only and only for my 1.3 years toddler. Uff it’s so difficult to feed them. She has a big time sweet tooth, so I thought of this dessert which has a whole lot of goodness in it milk, eggs, nuts, butter and bread (I used brown bread to make it even healthier). I had to grind it in mixer to feed her, but if your baby eats just like that it’s so good.
Yes, like I said I made it for my baby, but could feed her only once, it came out so yummy that me and my brother couldn’t resist to finish up the whole thing, sorry baby mumma will make more for you.

Replace Eggs in Baking

by Neetu

Hellosss everyone how are you guyzzz doing??? I had a super awesome week after long long time, how was yours.. well, hope to be the same… I finally settled down in my house after a long vacation at mum’s place, loads of cleaning and arranging had to be done but obviously all worth it…

I found this picture online so thought of sharing with you guyzz, I just love eggs so don’t have any problem with adding it in my baking, but if I had to make for my mum I have to cut down on eggs, but the question arises what should I substitute it with, if you have the same issues then I think this post will be quiet helpful.
