Kadhai Masala (Spice Mix)

Kadhai Masala is the basis of all kadhai preparations and this masala can be made and stored in containers for future use, but obviously nothing better than using freshly ground masala in your recipes. There has been already a lot of stuff said and written on these Kadhai (Indian Wok) dishes so I  really won’t spend much of the time writing anything more about it, plain simple post of the day. Enjoy!!!

Well, I don’t know about all of them, but today I will be reviewing one such product which is Knorr Chinese.

Cauliflower(Gobhi) Manchurian in Knorr Chinese Schezuan Sauce

First of all a big thanks to you Richa for treating us with this yummy dish and also for telling the recipe, it came out really well.

In my last post Making HALF a Recipe I mentioned about the Knorr Chinese Packs and I have used schezuan  sauce in this recipe, but will post the review in my next post as it’s already quite lengthy to read.

Making HALF a Recipe

This is a super quick post from me today. I really liked it when saw on net as most of the time I make half the quantity of any recipe because it’s just  me and my husband who has  to eat and if it doesn’t come out good the wastage is also less. Yeah! That happens so nothing to be ashamed of.

Potato wafers/chips is something that can be enjoyed at any moment (“Pal” not as in friend) of the day therefore I think they completely justify themselves when they say “Pal Banaye Magical” Lay’s.

Today I will review a new flavor of lay’s potato chips which is being advertised a lot on tv these days “Thai Sweet Chilly”
