Spinach VermiCurd

Wanted to have something light, but in Vermicelli .... Howvwver was bored of the regular veggies ... and thus some research on net got me this interesting recipe which was tweaked to my taste and make it extra healthy ... Health bhi Taste bhi :)

INGREDIENTS:-

2 1/2 cups cooked Vermicelli
2 cups blanched and chopped spinach (palak)
1 cup finely chopped onions,1 cup finely chopped Cabbage
2 cup
hung curds (chakka dahi)
1 cup grated processed cheese
2 Tbsp plain flour (maida)

Half cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 tsp olive
oil

Salt ; to taste

Black Pepper Powder; to taste

METHOD:-

1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions and cabbage and sauté till they turn translucent. Keep aside.

2. Combine Vermicelli, Spinach, onions, cabbage, curd, plain flour, whole wheat flour salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.

3. Layer the mixture in a baking dish.

4. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes.

5. Garnish with Sauce

6. Serve hot.
