Soya Kebabs

Hello everyone, here’s the recipe of Soya Kebabs which I prepared when my aunt and cousin visited our home, and it came out to be a super hit snack. Hope you will also like it, as it tastes good and can be made easily and can be served as a starter as well as snack.

INGREDIENTS:-

Soya Granules: 2 Cups soaked in water for 1/2 hr
Warm water: 1/2 Cup
Vinegar: 2 Tbsp
Bread Slices: 4 Grind in a mixer
Salt: to taste
Crushed Garlic: 2 Tsp
Black Pepper Powder: 1/2 Tsp
Onion: 1/4 Cup Chopped
Green Chilly: 1 Tsp Chopped
Red Chilly Powder: to taste
Oil: to Shallow fry
Onion Rings & Lemon Wedges to garnish

METHOD:-

  • Mix all the ingredients except oil and kept for garnish.
  • Shape the mixture into round balls or any other as you like and refrigerate for an hour.

Soya Kebab

  • Heat oil in the pan and shallow fry the kebabs from both sides till they are nicely brown from outside and cooked till inside.
  • Garnish with onion rings and lemon wedges.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
