Choco-Fudge Cake

Hellooss friends, baking is so much fun when things  turn out to be really yummy!!!! So was the case with this Choco-Fudge cake, it came out so soft and yummy that I couldn't stop myself from sharing the recipe. Please do try this one at home and make yourself and the loved ones Happy!!!



Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk- ½ Tin
Milk-75 m
Fresh Dahi- 100g
Butter- 100 g

Plain Flour- 100g
Cocoa- 50 g
Baking Soda- 1 Tsp
Walnuts, chopped- ½ Cup


  • Grease and dust an 8” baking tin and preheat oven to 180oC.
  • Sieve together maida, cocoa & baking soda.
  • Beat  butter and  Dahi until light and creamy. Fold in the sieved ingredients, alternating with  Milk and Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk. Fold in the chopped walnuts & pour into greased tin.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes till toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool in tin for 5 minutes and remove onto a wire rack.
