Hello everyone, Presenting to you guyzz a lovely Rainbow/Multi-Colour Cake, this one is for the ongoing event ”Christmas Giveaway Contest” by our very own Rimple, yes by now I think you all know what an awesome Cook she is!!! : )
INGREDIENTS:-
| Condensed Milk: 1 Cup Butter: 120 Gms Maida/Plain Flour: 140 Gms + For Dusting Baking Soda: 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder: 1/2 Tsp | Milk: 80 Ml Rose or Vanilla Essence: 1 Tsp Few drops of 6 different colours. (One can use Self Raising Flour also, don’t add Baking Powder and Soda in that case) | 
METHOD:-
-  Preheat the oven at 180c for 10 mins.
-  Grease and dust a baking tin.
-  Swift together Maida, Baking Powder and Baking Soda in a bowl.
-  Beat Condensed Milk and Butter at room temperature for 3-4 mins with an electric beater, add Vanilla/Rose essence to it and mix well.
-  Now add Maida mixture and Milk to this alternatively, till whole whole Milk and Maida is used up.
-  Fold in with light hands.
-  Divide the mixture into 6 parts.
-  Add different food color to each part.
-  In the baking tin, drop the colored batter one by one making a layer of every colour.
-  Bake for 25-30 min at 180c.
Tried my hands on icing as well, Whipped Cream Frosting!!!
