Chopped garlic- 2 Tbsp
Olive Oil- 2 Tbsp
Fresh red chili- 1, Finely Chopped.
Red chili flakes- 1/2 Tsp
Onions, chopped - 2 Medium

Mixed Italian herbs - Fresh or Dried
Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
Cooked Vegetables - 1/2 Cup (Mushrooms, Baby corn)

  • Boil the spaghetti pasta till al dente.
  • Blanch or roast the tomatoes to remove skin and chop or purée as per preference.
  • In a pan, heat olive oil and add the onions and garlic, sauté till pink.
  • At intervals add the tomato, purée,  chili flakes and dried herbs (if you are adding fresh herbs, it will taste better if added towards the end).
  • When the tomatoes are cooked, add the veggies and pasta.
  • Adjust seasoning. Cook for 5 - 10 mins.

  • Top it up with cheese.
