Mushy White Beans

On searching through the pulses in fridge I came across White Kidney Beans, an iron rich grain which is used for making curries in many households. Usually it’s prepared in Tomato Gravy but the  blend of spinachwith this  was a such a healthy delight. This is simple variation of the same, making it more healthier and richer in taste not to mention the kids would also enjoy the very taste of it.

When ever it rains my craving for deep fried snacks along with tea erupts, though it didn’t rain yesterday, but whether was quiet pleasant and I had these Yimmiez Allo Tikki in my freezer, so I made this yummy Sandwich using the ingredients which were present in my fridge itself, nothing too fancy, but definitely super tasty and sinfully delight.

Butter Naan (Flat Indian Bread)

 

Hello friends I did this video some time back but didn’t post it here, so find this video recipe to make soft yummy Butter Naan at home. I have used gas tandoor to make the Naan but one can bake it in OTG also, keep it on the highest rack of your pre-heated  OTG and Grill it for 2-3 minute at 250c or till brown marks appear, then flip it over and cook from other side as well. Apply loads of butter and enjoy ; )

I didn’t bake anything since long, Gawwdd how can I do so, really a long time, but finally I baked this soft yummy cake and yes again for my sweetie pie Molly. She just loves sweets and cakes, I gave her this cake as a evening snack and yes she did enjoy it : ) I have mentioned few tips and tricks to bake it perfectly along with the steps, hoping that you will enjoy the post.

These days I am very actively getting in touch with people to write for my blog, so someone asked me that will you post the day to day recipes on your blog or it has to be something fancy. Well the answer lies in this post I have added a pinch of twist to the daily boring Tendli and made it a little more interesting and we all need to do that in our day to day life as well to keep the charm on ; )

Today was a fun day for Molly and me both, enjoyed the company of good n like minded friends and it was so very refreshing, but sadly yesterday was not so good for my sweetheart, she got her two vaccinations done and it turned out to be a little hectic for me. Therefore, in the jiffy I tried this Quaker Nutri POHA (Home Style) to satisfy my hunger and will review the same in today’s post.

Sprouts & Pineapple Salad

Hello everyone. How are you guyzz doing??? After my last sinful post of deep fried Vegit Veg. Cutlets, (you can find the review here) I wanted to make something healthy and light so came up with this salad. It has a nice combination of fruits and Sprouts with a light Vinaigrette/French Dressing. I have also given a light twist to the dressing by adding orange juice to it as I have added fruits to it so thought I would combine well, and yes I did.. Just don’t believe my words, go ahead and try the recipe yourself and let me know your feedback in the comments box below.

Vegit Veg. Cutlet “Product Review”

Hello friends and sorry for not posting anything since last 2-3 days, got a little busy with other things in life. Well, just to share with you guys, I stayed alone at home for last 20 days (of course with my daughter) and I realized, I actually loved it, it was kinda going back to my hostel days and living life they way I want to not anyone else, Just loved it!!!

Taking about the post, I bought this Vegit Veg. Cutlet Pack from Food Bazar Sohna Road and thought of giving a try and posting the review, it came out to be an above average product and I have mentioned all the details in the post today. Hope it will help you in making the decision to buy it or not.
